This week’s new pages come from the Emerald Isle – so it’s never been easier to uncover rich stories about Ireland and its people.
Our new Irish titles cover intermittent years between 1870 and 1916. This key period in Ireland’s history saw several momentous social and political shifts, including the rise of the Home Rule movement, the escalation of land tensions and the revolutionary Easter Rising (which led to the execution of 15 nationalist leaders including James Connolly and Patrick Pearse).

Clare Champion, 9 December 1916.
As unrest, revolt and growing polarisation shaped the region, trace Ireland’s tumultuous transition into the 20th century with these new titles.
