Hot off the press – new titles added this week

It’s a new year at The Archive and we’re excited to be back and bringing you ever more pages and titles. We are looking forward to a year of hearing your stories, and sharing interesting finds from The Archive.

These past few weeks we have published 344,442 pages, and added ten brand new titles to The Archive.

Joining The Archive are papers for the cities and towns of Bristol, London, Dublin, Leamington Spa, Leicester, Staines, Northampton, Reading and Tenbury Wells.

We are particularly delighted to have added The Bristol Magpie to our collection. Describing itself variously as the Bristol ‘Punch’, a ‘journal of fun, fact and fiction’ and ‘a journal of satire, wit, and criticism’ The Bristol Magpie brings a satirical slant to the political and social issues of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

New Titles

As always we’ve been working hard to update our existing titles.  Updating titles isn’t always as straightforward as we would like, sometimes there are missing years which we need to source, and as always we must respect the cut-off dates requested by publishers.
